• Have already celebrated your 45th reunion, 
• Have included Amherst as a primary beneficiary of your estate, and 
• Document your bequest intention. 

You may easily and confidentially document your provision through our secure online portal with DocuSign®. 

Completing the Confidential Bequest Recognition

To inform Amherst of your plans, please click the form to enter the Office of Gift Planning’s secure DocuSign® portal. Here is how it works: 

1. Enter your name(s) and email(s) and click "Begin Signing." If there are two signers, please enter two different corresponding email addresses. The second signer receives the email once the first signer completes the task. 
2. Complete the form, upload/attach supporting documentation, and click the “Finish” button. 
3. Some fields in the form are required, and others are recommended. We suggest completing all the fields in the form. 
4. You will be required to upload an image of your provision mentioning Amherst to complete the documentation process. 

If you prefer instead to download the Bequest Recognition Form to complete and mail to the Office of Gift Planning along with a copy of the provision of the will, trust, beneficiary designation form, or other document naming Amherst College as a primary beneficiary, you can download it here.
